- The study shall consist of completing and documenting a Traffic Engineering Study as defined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 2003 Edition, for all objective maintenance level 3, 4 and 5 roads (Roads suitable for passenger cars) on each Ranger District of the Coronado National Forest.
