Description

NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. Project No. G-07-502, 4th Floor Renovation, Building 8 at Akasaka Press Center. The project includes (but is not limited to) (1) installation of light gauge steel wall partition and doors, (2) removal and installation of air conditioning system and (3) removal and installation of lighting fixtures, wiring, and receptacles. Performance Period: 90 calendar days. Site orientation will be held at the performance site on 21 Aug 07. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site orientation. If you are interested in this project, please contact the POC below by 16 Aug 07, 1600 hrs (local time) so we will have an accurate number of participants that need access to the facility. Please limit your visitor to 2 people per company. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-AUG-2007).
