- Description
- AMOUNT: Approximately 2,420 rentable square feet of office space. LOCATION: The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease for approximately 2,420 rentable square feet of existing office space located at 2500 Mount Moriah Road in Memphis, TN. Alternate locations must be of equal size and quality and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvements cost, as well as all cost associated with the physical relocation. We currently occupy 2,200 usable square feet of space at a rental rate of $13.07 per square feet. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term is 5 years, 1 year firm.
