- Description
- 1. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) needs to expand their office space within the Juneau Federal Building in Juneau Alaska. The site is located at 709 W. 9th Ave, Juneau, Alaska 99802. The project consists of providing labor, equipment, and materials to complete the renovation of the space on the 3d & 4th floors of the building. 2. The project involves the demolition and restoration of approximately 5800 square feet of office space. The construction project entails wall demolition, building interior walls, installation of new doors and frames, mechanical and electrical upgrades, new flooring, and kitchen remodeling. The project will be done in phases utilizing close coordination with GSA and NOAA. The estimated bid range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. 3. Requests for solicitation packages need to be in writing to thomas.deakins@gsa.gov, or faxed to 907-271-1941. Once the request is received in writing a package will be mailed to the requestor.
