- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Trusted Systems Inc, 86 York Street, Suite 3, Taneytown, MD 21887-2159 for the acquisition of GSA approved IPS Safes constructed specifically to work with currently used NSA approved network equipment for various Marine Corps and Naval locations. The award will be made under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This synopsis is not a request for quote. No contract will be awarded as a result of offers received in response to this notice. SEE NOTE 22.
