- The Naval Inventory Control Point - Mechanicsburg intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. A sole source justification has been prepared and approved. The proposed performance is anticipated to be 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. The proposed order is for CHEMLMS/QC-Client Software Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
