- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Water Technologies Inc, Lowell, MA. to provide MEMCOR XP-3 Seawater Desalination Water Purification System. This portable test skid must be identical to equipment already in use to support the Tactical Water Purification System. Siemens Water Technologies Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and owns the proprietary rights to the hardware design/patent. Period of performance is 14 weeks ARO. Anticipated award date is on or about 28 September 2007. Justification and Authority is FAR 6.302-1.
