- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is soliciting quotations to procure the following on a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis: the manufacture of three (3) MSU-170B/E (-3 Configuration) and (2) two MSU-170A/E (-2 Configuration) Stands, Guided Missile Assemblies in accordance with the Statement of Work (to be included in Section C of the solicitation) and Drawing Packages that will be provided upon release of the RFQ. The procurement includes an optional quantity of two (2) MSU-170A/E (-2 Configuration) and two (2) MSU-170B/E (-3 Configuration) Guided Missle Stands. The MSU-170 is a Guided Missile Stand for HARM All Up Round that is used for assembly/disassembly HARM Sections during maintenance, and is also used to set HARM up for testing. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/.on or about 10 October 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall be submitted in writing to Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Code 210000D Attn: Helen Xiong, 429 E. Bowen Road, STOP 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. The initial delivery is expected in 75 days from award, FOB Destination to China Lake, CA. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the following website: https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. Award is scheduled to occur by 07 December 2007. The offeror selected for award will be that offeror determined to be most advantageous to the Government based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. The evaluation criteria will be provided in Section M of the solicitation. Note 1 apply.
