- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Siemens Building Technologies, 2520 Lord Baltimore Drive, Baltimore, MD 21244-2670 for the maintenance and update of Siemens Building HVAC Automation Controls , Building 568, Fort Detrick, MD. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on b asis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the following email address no later than noon, Daylight Savings Time 26 September 2007.
