Shrink wrap material shall protect 2,746 sq. ft roof deck, attaching to the parapet walls, or drip edge of the roof. Containment will seal around the drains, shall withstand high winds, extreme sub-artic cold, snow loads and must last for a minimum of ten (10) months. This work is located at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration , Fox, Alaska. A determination for award, by the Government, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
