M56 STORAGE AND TRANSPORT COVER ASSEMBLY (8145-01-498-2043) C/O:MATL: GREEN 383 COATED FABRIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION MIL-PRF-32002. IT COVERS AN ITEM APP ROXIMATE 88.5 IN X 84.50 IN X 41.25 IN, WITH BLACK EYELETS, BLACK WASHERS, 1-2 IN WIDE BLACK HOOK TAPE FASTENERS, 1.00 WIDE HUCKLE BUCKLES, NYLON WEBBING FLAT HOOKS AND 1.00 WIDE CAM BUCKLES. THIS COVER IS USED WHEN THE M56 SMOKE GENERATOR IS MOUNTED ON A VEHICLE. Estimated issue date is 12 OCT 2007. FIST ARTICLE TEST REPORT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS WILL BE AWARDED AS A FIRM FIXED 100% SMALL BUSUINESS SET-ASIDE. THIS WILL ALSO HAVE ONE YEAR OF 100% OPTIONS. This solicitation and technical draw ings will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
