- Description
- It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award a purchase order to CAMP Systems International Inc., 999 Marconi Ave, Long Island Mac Arthur Airport, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. 310 Airlift Squadron requires CAMP Flight Scheduling Annual Services from 1 Oct 2007 to 30 Sept 2008. A contract for CAMP Flight Scheduling will be awarded to CAMP Systems International Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of CAMP Flight Scheduling must be done through CAMP Systems International Inc. because this is the only program that can be used to interface with our scheduling office. MacDill must use what is being utilized by HQ AF Vice Chief of Staff?s office to be effective. This is the scheduling tool used to schedule all Air Force Special Missions Air Force wide. Market research was conducted for the purchase of CAMP Flight Scheduling and CAMP Systems International Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, September 27, 2007, the award for this CAMP Flight Scheduling will be made to CAMP Systems International Inc.
