- FA8103-07-R-0582 FD2030-07-02015. Overhaul ? Qualified Source is ADS/Transicoil. NSN: 6680-00-333-6743RK P/N: PA1005 Noun: Liquid Quantity Indicator This is for a 5 year requirements contract ? one year basic, with four option years. Quantity: 8 each year Applicable to: F-15 Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Delivery: 2 each every 30 days Qualification Requirements do apply. ADS/Transicoil is the only known responsible sources with the data, expertise, tooling and test equipment required for repair of these items to Government specifications. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 10 Oct 07. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 13 Nov 07. The anticipated award date will be Dec 07. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Copies of the solicitation must be obtained from the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Data must be obtained from the TeDs website at www.dodteds.com only after the solicitation has been issued. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
