- It is the intent of this agency to award sole source under FAR Part 13.302, a simplified , firm fixed price purchase order. The sole source will be under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This agency intends to award to Columbia Electronics International, INC., 3720 Groves Place, Somis, California, 93066-9715 Item Description: CLIN 0001 Rockwell Collins VHF-400 Receiver Transmitter, P/N: 622-4595-001, Reconditioned 1 Each CLIN 0002 RA Miller AV-1 Antenna, New 1 Each CLIN 0003 LS-166/U Loudspeaker with 5 Feet Cable Unused, 1 Each CLIN 0004 Hand Microphone, Unused 1 Each CLIN 0005 Shipping, Handling & Insurance Via FedEx Ground 1 Each Interested persons may identify their interest and capability for this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
