- Description
- This is a Presolicitation notice for Non-personal services to boat operations and maintenance service. The successful offeror will be required to provide all management personnel, vehicles, tools, material, supplies, supervision, equipment and labor necessary to provide operations and maintenance on watercraft related to the Air Force (AF) Dive School located on Navel Support Activity (NSA), Panama City, FL. The North American Standard Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is expected to be 713930; the size standard is $6,500,000. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The Service Contract Act of 1965 applies to this requirement. An electronic solicitation for this requirement is anticipated to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) on or about 26 Sep 07. Anticipated period of performance is 1 October 2007 thru 30 September 2008. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), must have a DUNS number, and a Tax ID number.
