- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than COB ( 5:00 PM), cst on Wednesday, 26 September 2007. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: camber.valdes@offutt.af.mil The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 326192 and 750 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 0001: Coin top rubber reptile floor tile 24? x 24? x .22?, gray color, interlocking. Freight charges for delivery to Offutt AFB, Nebraska must be added to the cost of the items. *Note 1: Quantity breakdown: 120 boxes, 10 per box made of recycling pvc.
