- The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is the Department of Veterans (VA) is seeking information regarding a potential future solicitation to provide ear impression materials for our audiological clinics nationwide. Information sought includes technical data of available types of ear impression materials and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Further, please provide whether your firm is capable of providing these products, and if you are classified as a small business by the Small Business Administration under the NAICS code 334510; and any other socioeconomic classification of your business. If interested, please submit the information requested above, along with your company name, address, phone number, and name of company representative. Interested vendors should mail the requested information to the attention of Gail Hixon at Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center, P.O.
