- Description
- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Shansky Ronald for subject matter expert services specializing in providing consultant advice to assist DHS in the investigation of medical conditions at various detention facilities. The period of performance will be a base year and four one year option periods. Respond to this requirement by submitting written capabilities/specifications to the Contracting Officer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within 3 days from the date of publication of this notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible may be based upon responses to this notice and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 Eastern Standard Time Thursday September 27, 2007.
