- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) intends to contract with Heritage Theatre at Campbell Community Center, 1 W. Campbell Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008 for 11 dates of facility use throughout fiscal year 2008. . An acceptable facility shall accommodate approximately 2,200 people and in addition to the rental of the hall itself, shall include lobby space, chairs & tables, easels, stanchions, ropes, USA & California flags, stage lights, lectern & microphone, drapes, traffic officer, security guards, stagehand/sound operator, electricity, custodial services, handicapped access, and located within Campbell California. Dates service required are 10/24, 11/28, 1/23, 2/20, 3/19, 4/23, 5/21, 6/18, 7/23, 8/20 and 9/24. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the City of Campbell / Heritage Theatre. Service will be provided to: USCIS, San Jose Sub-Office, 188 Monterey Road San Jose, CA 95112. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the City of Campbell / Heritage Theatre under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
