- NSN: 1680-00-169-0656, PR IQC07239009031, SPM4A7-08-R-0048. This item is a Harness Assembly, Safety. The item description cites P/N 1680EG033 Manufacturer in accordance with ARMY DRAWING 1680EG033, REV ?J?. First Article Preproduction approval required, Government Testing. Sample Quantity shall consist of (2) each. Configuration Control applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The FAT Production delivery is 81 days; FAT Test/Evaluation is 90 days; Production Lead Time (PLT) is 108 days. The total required delivery is 279 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment location is within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA (DDSP). Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity which is 384 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 96 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 768 each. This is solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). This is solicited as Full and Open After Exclusion of Sources. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is October 10, 2007. The closing date is November 12, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
