- Description
- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement for a total Estimated Annual Quantity of 4,608 each. Project Number is IQC07220009019 for National Stock Number (NSN) 2915-01-094-8577 to procure a Filter Element, Fluid Pressure. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Government's required delivery schedule is 168 DARO with First Article Testing and 240 DARO with First Article Testing. Surge and Sustainment applies. The OEM Mfg. is U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command(CAGE: 81996)under Drawing Number 2915-T700-001. Two approved sources of supply: Pall Aeropower Corp (CAGE: 18350) under Part Number AC-9985F-105 and PTI Technologies (CAGE: 05228) under Part Number 7587356-101. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This procurement is Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1). Note 26 apply. Configuration Control Applies.
