- PR No: 0015287424; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Sleeve, Governor Pil. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price with 100% option. Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other than full and open competition. The OEM is Woodward Governor Company, DBA Aircraft Controls Division (CAGE 66503), P/N 3479-066. This is the sole source. The NSN is 2915-01-050-0001 for a quantity of 94 each plus a 100% option. Delivery is 222 DARO, FOB Destination, and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 23, and 26.
