- The Moonlight Color is 437 (not 427) for the below requested carpet from Lees Carpet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H1G17178A0 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set aside; the NAICS Code is 423220. The contractor shall supply 2336 square yards of carpet (Style: Building Works; Color: Moonlight 427; Manufacturer: Lees Carpet). No installation will be required. All quotes must include a delivery date. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database by Monday, 24 September 2007, at 4:00 pm (cst) will make a bidder ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
