- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Science and Space Exploration Technology Support which was posted on June 22, 2007 and revised on September 17, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: Estimated total contract value is $17.5 million. This is an unrestricted procurement. Small business subcontracting goals (targets) have been specified for this procurement. Targets (expressed as a percent of contract value) of: Small business (SB), 16%; Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 4%; Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), 3%; HUB Zone, 3%; HBCU?s and OMEI?s, 1%; Veteran Owned, 1%; and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 1%. The offeror will be required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with the proposal. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
