- Description
- Monthly Parking Services for designated CDFI employees at the Homer Building, 601 13th Street NW, Washington DC 20005. The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to make a sole source award to MarcParc Inc., 1233 20th Street NW, Suite 104, Washington DC 20036. The sole source determination is made in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2). Akridge Real Estate is the sole proprietor of the Homer Building. No vendors are allowed access to this location unless authorized by Akridge Real Estate. MarcParc Inc. is the only vendor authorized to provide parking services at this location. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
