- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a sole source contract to 3M, Salt Lake, UT, for maintenance and support for 3M Care Innovation (CI) licensed software. 3M is the developer of this software and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. This contract will consist of a base year and one (1) one-year option period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the size standard is $23 million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
