- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-07-T-0396, is issued as the request for quotation (RFQ). This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.arnet.gov and www.acq.osd.mil .The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 423850: 500 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. All quotations shall be submitted to Kohala Webster, N aval Medical Center San Diego, 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA, 92134, or by e-mail to kohala.webster@med.navy.mil, on or before September 27, 2007, 2:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time to be considered responsive.
