- This is a Sources Sought Notice. The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEOCBD), Chemical Biological Medical Systems (CBMS), Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program (JVAP) is seeking potential sources capable of providing personnel, facilities, equipment, materials and supplies needed to transport, store, and distribute up to 3 million doses of temperature-sensitive FDA-licensed biological products annually. Potential sources must be able to ship product throughout the cont inental United States and to overseas destinations. Potential sources must be compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Potential sources should identify security and risk mitigation features in place to control access to and protect in tegrity of temperature-controlled inventory. Potential sources should describe information technology systems in place as they pertain to ordering, inventory and distribution. This is not a request for competitive proposals but parties purporting to have t he requisite credentials to perform these services must furnish in writing, factual information, which clearly supports and demonstrates evidence of such abilities. This information may be submitted via mail, email, or fax.
