- This is a notice of intent by the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC); Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Chiron, Incorporated; Emeryville, California under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), however any offers from interested parties will be considered. This notice is for a supply requirement; Nucleic Acid Test kits, which are supported by the Chiron Procleix TIGRIS NAT system, used by the Army Medical Command Blood Program Office; Fort Sam Houston, Texas and applicable facilities. The performance period will be 1 O ctober 2007 through 30 September 2008 with four 1-year options through 30 September 2012. Award will be made on or about 26 September 2007.
