- This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA4416-07-R-0034. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 are incorporated into this solicitation. This acquisition is 100 percent small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333298 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The small business set will be dissolved without further notice if reasonable offers are not received from small businesses. Item 0001: KC 135 Front Cargo Door Stand (Quantity 1 each), Item 0002: KC 135 Rear Cargo Door Platform (Quantity 1 each), Item 0003: KC 135 Stab Actuator Platform (Quantity 1 each). The delivery and acceptance will be at Andrews AFB, MD. 20762. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2 Evaluation?Commercial Items, is applicable to the solicitation and the evaluation criteria is price. All offerors should include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with its offer. Offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of the provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the following addenda: 52.233-4 Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim, 52.247.34 F.O.B Destination. . Defense Acquisition Regulation Clause 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the following clauses are applicable: 52.203-3 Gratuities and 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration. All offers must be registered in Central Contractor Registration prior to award. Lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
