- Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a total small business sole source purchase to Condor Earth Technologies for Leica Laser Binocular/Penmap Bundle II. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented in the FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NACIS Code is 541370 with a size standard of $4.5 Million. Any interested parties, other than Condor Earth Technologies, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 26 September 2007 at 12:00 PM EST. All interested parties, must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement.
