- Description
- 43d Contracting Squadron, Pope AFB NC, intends to solicit and award a sole source to AIRBORNE SYSTEMS OF NORTH AMERICA for thirty (30) SF-10A parachute assemblies with MC-1 components. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 339999 which has a size standard of 500 employees. Any interested party, other than AIRBORNE SYSTEMS OF NORTH AMERICA, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 26 September 2007. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement.
