- This will be a Source Selection, Commercial Repair Requirements Type Contract of (9) nine NSNs with (1) one Basic Year and Four 0ne-Year Options with variable Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) ranges. The Service Contract Act will apply. This effort will be Full & Open Competition and the award will be ?all or nothing award.?
