- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and 252.204-7004. The RFQ has three(3) line item(s): Line Item 0001 50 each Oracle BPEL Process Manager Option, term perpetual, license type named user plus; update rights and product tech support (1 year). Line 0002 100 each Oracle Warehouse Builder Enterprise ETL, term perpetual, license type named user plus; update rights and product tech support (1 year). Line Item 0003 4 each Oracle Audit Vault Collection Agent, term perpetual, license type processor, update rights and product tech support (1 year). Period of Performance is: One (1) year.
