- The 82nd Contracting Squadron (82 CONS) has a requirement to purchase 15 each of Argon Electronics manufactured Chemical Agent Monitor Simulator (CAMSIM) for the 366 TRS / DET 7 in Ft Leonard Wood, MO. The 82 CONS intends to procure this requirement on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 13.501(a). The 82 CONS intends to enter into a firm fixed-price purchase order with JGW Group. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334519, with a small business size of 500 employees. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation will be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer within 3 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. Reponses are due by 4:00pm Central Mountain Time on September 27, 2007. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on respnoses to the thotice is soley within the discretion of the government.
