Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0794 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 811310 and small business size standard of $6.5M. Description: Installation of Government Supplied 8.5Kw LP Gas Generator and NEMA 3R 100 amp. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and services to install a government provided generator behind an existing block wall. The block wall will also be extended by the contractor in order to provide proper airflow and work space around generator. Contractor will install automatic transfer switch on the outside of the facility and connect to the generator and the existing electrical panel. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
