- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is for the purchase of 79 FNBDT Office/STE, Office Terminal ISDN-PSTN 5810-01-459-6441. It is the Government intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis to L-3 Communications Corporation, 1 Federal St., Camden, NJ 08103. Solicitation Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commerical Items hereby incorporated by reference.
