- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, Mississippi is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-31511-0003-08 1ST QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-MILK, SOUR CREAM, AND COTTAGE CHEESE. is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. The North American Industrial Code is 424430. This solicitation is FOB destination. The solicitation is unrestricted. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. All responsible businesses may submit a quote. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government based on price and performance with price will be rated higher than past performance. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, (FCC Yazoo City), located at 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194, is requesting quotes for Line Item: 0001: MILK 2% 50 8oz PER CASE 475,000 EA 0002: MILK CHOCOLATE 50 oz PER CASE 1 50,000 EA 0003: SOUR CREAM 5 LB CONTAINER- 750 EA 0004: COTTAGE CHEESE 750 EA DELIVERY WILL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS BEGINNING OCTOBER 2, 2007 THRU DECEMBER 31, 2007 Please ensure with your offer you include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. FAR 4.1201(a), Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database www.ccr.gov.
