- Description
- Procurement of 150 each cargo containers 20 foot legth, 8 foot width, 8 foot 6 inches height, 14 gauge corrugated steel sides, 14 gauge steel roof, 14 gauge locking steel double end swing doors on one end, 7 gauge steel end frames, 1 1/8 inch thick marine wood floors, forklift tested to 16,000 lbs per 44 square inches, forklift pockets, any color is acceptable to the customer. Containers I/A/W ISO 668 and ISO 1496-1, will be wind and watertight, stackable up to two containers for building of a simulated target complex for training purposes. Quotes on partial quantities are acceptable, but all quotes will be for one price only, with all containers to be delivered within 40 days after date of award. The solicitation is unrestricted and the containers are to be delivered to: 174FW/DET 1, Russell Turnpike Rd., Harrisville, N.Y. 13648, and the customer has off-loading equipment. Copies of the RFQ will be available on 9/26/2007, and may be obtained on that date on the DLA Internet Bid board System (DIBBS) at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, choose "search RFQ" and insert the solicitation number. in order to view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
