- THIS ACQUISITION IS RE-SYNOPSIZED AS FOLLOWS: This solicitation covers an unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference acquisition of Coveralls, Combat Vehicle Crewman's (CVC), Tan. NSN 8415-01-332-7906(s). The base year is for min 6,000/max 45,000. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with the same min and max. The Annual Estimated Quantity is 22,800. Applicable specification is MIL-C-44077C dated 27 November 1990 with pattern dated 25 January 1988. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, Industrial Mobilization/Surge Capacity, Socioeconomic Plan, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreements, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act.
