- NSN 4310-01-119-5383, Head Cone, Vacuum Pump. I/A/W Nash Engineering Co., Inc. (42280) p/n 14-4540UNS. Quantity of 16 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA in 230 days after date of award; quantity of 15 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 230 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 10 Oct 07. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Nash Engineering Co., Inc. (42280). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
