This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote, solicitation number SP3100-7208-1001. The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA (DDC) has a requirement for Maintenance of MicroFocus Software for Defense Distribution Center (DDC) Hill AFB UT (DDHU) as described below. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 541519, and the associated small business size standard is 1000 employees. CLIN 0001 Maintenance of Microfocus Software September 30, 2007 to September 29, 2008 CLIN 0001AA NetExpress Pro with Server Exp/MTO/ Revolve (Studio for Mainframe Migration Support) Qty: 2 ea CLIN 0001AB Mainframe Express-Ent Edition Qty: 14 ea CLIN 0001AC Enterprise Link Developer Qty: 30 ea CLIN 0001AD Enterprise Link Deployment, Unlimited Users Offerors shall provide the unit price and total amount for each subclin and a total for the purchase order. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. Failure to include the certifications along with a quote will render an offeror ineligible for award. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. Evaluation for award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this notice to the offeror whose offer is the lowest price which meets maintenance requirements.
