- Description
- FISC San Diego Detachment Seal Beach intends to acquire Telecommunication Services. These services to include Engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T), maintain and make operational all hardware and software necessary to meet the requirements for the system provided, inclusive of required services. Anticipate the award of a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for 12 months and two one-year options. It is intended to negotiate with CC Communication, Fallon, NV. who maintains and owns the Telecommunication Systems that provides all voice services and equipment at NAS Fallon and has the required expertise and knowledge necessary to provide these critical services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Note 22 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
