- The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 3,047 Rentable Square Feet or 2,650 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) of contiguous space in Boca Raton, FL. The space shall be within the city limits of Boca Raton, FL (Map Attached): The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. A build to suit site will be considered with the same requirements. Preference is to occupy contiguous space on any floor of a building. A minimum of nine (9) secured parking spaces are required for Government vehicles. Enough additional parking must be provided on-site to meet current code requirements. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2008. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
