- Description
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for the service and preventive maintenance of the Spacesaver and related product lines on Dover AFB in a satisfactory manner. BASIC SERVICES. The contractor shall service and do preventive maintenance of the Spacesaver and related product lines at Dover AFB. The contractor shall use factory trained and approved and Spacesaver certified service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, order parts and perform preventive maintenance services on the Spacesaver products. Spacesaver certifications to be submitted to the Contracting Office along with bid. Under this agreement the following are included as part of the contract. 100% coverage on all parts (freight/tax), labor, travel time unless noted. All repairs during normal business hours with 24-hour response time. On call service available 24 hrs/7 days a week with contract addendum. Preventive maintenance 1 inspection per year scheduled by the QA. Equipment Covered: All Spacesaver Systems listed below.
