- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Codes for this synopsis/solicitation are 442210, Size Standard $6.5 and 238330, Size Standard $15.0. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAV7229A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 effective 14 June 2007. The Government intends to award two contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002) for the following : CLIN 0001- (Brand Name Only) Carpet: Improvisation;361 BIG BAND;558.65 SY; Cove Base: John 4?.080 W/T,15 Cabernet,7.00 SY Reducers: John CCA-XX Red,Sandelwood,6.00 SY CLIN 002 Installation Labor for new carpet, cove base and all materials; Labor for disposal of old carpet; No furniture needs to be moved by contractor.
