- Attached is the Draft Solicitation for Administrative Support Services for the National Institutes of Health. The Draft Solicitation does not include any attachments such as the Wage Determination or the Standard Form 1449 as a cover. Additionally, NIH anticipates this requirement being a Small Business Set-Aside, pending SBA approval. Please send comments or questions concerning the Draft Solicitation to Mr. Zedekiah J. Worsham at Admin.Response@email.nih.gov not worshamz@email.nih.gov. Comments and questions on the Draft are due by September 25, 2007 at 5PM EST so NIH can include some of them in the Presoliciation Conference that is scheduled for October 3, 2007 from 9AM-Noon (see modification 2 for details). Additional comments and questions will be accepted up to October 4, 2007 at Noon via email, but will not be a part of the Conference. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2007). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 22-SEP-2007.
