- THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SPM4A6-08-R-0010 WITH AN OPENING DATE OF 10-15-07 AND CLOSING DATE OF 11-15-07. PR # IQC07218009017, NSN 6615-00-398-0705, Strator Assembly, RFP #: SPM4A60-07-R-0940. Contracting Officer: Markquita T. Armstead/804-279-6373. Issue Date September 14, 2007, Closing Date: October 15, 2007. Subject item is noncommercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 190 DARO. Subject RFP is Kearfott Guidance & Navigation (05088), P/N P/N 315415. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=54, /Minimum Order Quantity: B=54, O=54/Maximum Contract Quantity: B=432, O=432/Estimated Annual Quantity: B=216, O=216. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
