- MODIFICATION: OPENING AND CLOSING DATES ARE BEING CHANGED: OPEN: SEPTEMBER 28, 2007 & CLOSING: OCTOBER 5, 2007 PR No: 0015768510. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Charger, Battery. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract. There is one approved source of supply: Acme Electric Corp. CAGE: 31467. The NSN, Part Number, and Quantity are as follows: NSN 6130-01-455-4497; P/N: 174PS101-2; Quantity: 32 each. RFP#: SPM4M1-O7-R-0638. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, Delivery 183 DARO. This will be solicited as unrestricted based on other than full and open competition. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
