- THE SUBJECT SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. ANY FUTURE PROCUREMENT FOR THE DESCRIBED SERVICES SHALL BE ISSUED FROM A NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport proposes to acquire by negotiation cleaning services for air-conveyance systems (ACS) for all heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) located at the Naval Station Complex in Newport, RI. A five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions is anticipated. Contract Performance is expected to begin 10/01/2007. The Government will evaluate proposals for best value based on Technical and Price proposals. Technical Evaluation factors include Past Performance, Technical Capability and Price. This procurement is a follow-on to contract N66604-02-D-2404 with Air-Care Environmental Services, Inc. of Westwood MA. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 561790. Far parts 12 and 13 procedures shall apply. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil.
